Kathryn Levitt Design were engaged by an overseas couple to provide a luxury interior design scheme for their brand new London apartment in a very high end development overlooking Hyde Park. Whilst the developer’s finishes were of high quality, our design team were able to totally transform the overwhelming accent of light oak through use of bespoke joinery, feature antique mirror walls and design emphasis drawing the eye towards the luxury window treatments and furnishings. Creative design allowed us to make use of awkward spaces to provide an additional dressing room and study area. We took responsibility for the minor works required to add such as feature lighting and AV equipment into the apartment both with contractors and to satisfy the building manager’s approval requirements.
