As no two projects are the same, we will tailor our design & project management services together with the construction and supply proposal to your exact needs working within the budget constraints set by you at the outset. Where build works are involved, contractors can either be appointed by KLD or the client as preferred but would normally be managed by us on behalf of the client.  We have a global supply base of manufacturers and suppliers to furnish and dress our homes and can take care of all requirements so the property is ready for occupation. As we buy at attractive trade terms, we always endeavour to ensure you never pay more than retail price and more often significantly less.
