LUXURY VILLA ESCAPE

Kathryn Levitt Design were engaged by London based clients to create a sensational interior for their new build 6000 square feet holiday home perfect for their enjoyment with their young family and guests for years to come. The design brief was to create an interior space to take maximum advantage of the high ceilings and large open plan spaces yet provide cosy family spaces for such as the TV room and study to simply relax in peace and quiet.

The design starts with an amazing sense of arrival into the voluminous entrance hall with a grand sweeping bronze staircase and eye catching feature lighting above a vast polished concrete floor with views to the pool and lake backdrop beyond.

The stunning huge open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area provide the most amazing space for entertaining and family enjoyment linked beautifully to the outdoor decked area and infinity swimming pool. All furnishings and lighting are perfectly scaled to the space providing high level impact including such as a beautiful Boffi kitchen and bespoke 4m long ‘natural’ edge dining table handmade from English oak.

The outdoor spaces are designed to allow for optimum enjoyment for entertaining, dining & relaxation in keeping with the landscape in which they sit. The pool tiles selected allow the infinity edge to blend into the lake backdrop.Upstairs, the design continues to use texture and influence from the surroundings in the stunning master suite designed to provide the owners with areas to retreat from entertaining. Further family bedroom suites lead to the guest wing including guest bedroom, private lounge area as well as a 4-bunk family room and luxury en-suite as well a further 4 bedrooms.
