Kathryn Levitt Design were engaged by our client to create a peaceful retreat away from their busy London life style to provide a haven of calmness for their family and guests to enjoy. We were inspired by the surrounding woodlands and meadows which helped form a palette of materials and finishes that were reflected in the colours and texture of the local environment but still embraced modernity and luxury to a level that any discerning client would expect. It was essential to optimise the use of space to create a perfect environment for entertaining as well as accommodating guests whilst also creating intimacy for the smaller group family group.
