Working for an international client with no previous experience of handling such projects in the UK, who put total trust in KLD requiring us to take full control of all aspects of the refurbishment of this dilapidated apartment. Working within the constraints of a Grade II listing, the apartment was restored back to its former glory achieving a perfect combination of both period and modern-day features to create an exceptional home becoming of this beautiful property.
