KENSINGTON MANSION APARTMENT
Working within the constraints of the property management company rules, this 1930’s apartment was taken back to brick and remodelled to create living spaces for the twenty first century. As a development property, our brief was to create a ‘classical modern’ interior that would appeal to a broad cross-section of potential buyers. The property was fully furnished and dressed ‘ready to go’ and sold at a premium price in a very short period.
