This fabulously located but very tired Mayfair apartment had not been touched in many years and was desperately in need of refurbishment. KLD were appointed by our overseas clients to handle the project from concept to completion allowing them to literally walk in with their suitcases. KLD took full care of the clients’ interests throughout including all necessary liaison with the building property management company. This included especially difficult issues with the property re-modelling to allow better use of what was previously outside balcony space to create a further dressing room off the second bedroom.
